Interstate 199 was a highway in Sander City, known as the Sander City Western Beltway. It was constructed in 1973, and finished in 1978. The eastern half of the beltway wasn't able to be built because of the ocean to the east of the city. As of October 27, 2018, it has been replaced mostly by U.S. Route 13.
